The controlled working file organises supplier evidence, Declaration of Conformity drafting inputs, artwork changes, version status and open actions. Final approval and signature of the EU Declaration of Conformity remain with the responsible economic operator. Formal legal opinions, where required, are coordinated with the relevant EU legal adviser.
