Our support covers the working inputs and document preparation for the Article 38 conformity assessment and Article 39 EU Declaration of Conformity. The working file keeps supplier evidence, technical-documentation inputs, DoC drafting inputs, artwork changes, version status and open actions together. Final approval, issue and responsibility for the EU Declaration of Conformity remain with the manufacturer. Formal legal opinions, where required, are coordinated with the relevant EU legal adviser.
