One packaging team, from concept to press

Bring the work before press into one remote team. We connect packaging feasibility, applicable PPWR inputs, artwork implementation, proofing and printer handover, then help keep future versions consistent.

Use one stage or keep the complete route connected.

Standard job turnaround time: 1–2 business days

PPWR packaging support available with EU legal-adviser input

One team sees the whole job, not only one file.

Design, prepress and production decisions connected before they become rework or delays.

30+years in packaging production 200,000+artwork files processed

Built from the production experience of Polirom Packaging Group.

Remote support worldwide, in English: Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, UK, USA, Italy and Romania.

From first idea to approved print, connected.

Start at the stage you need or keep the whole project with one accountable team. The same approved information follows the work forward instead of being reinterpreted at every handover.

  1. 1 Concept & feasibility Define a packaging route that can work in production.
  2. 2 PPWR inputs Connect approved regulatory inputs where they apply.
  3. 3 Artwork implementation Create, adapt or update the content the pack needs.
  4. 4 Proof, approve & release Check the result and control the printer handover.
  5. 5 Maintain & scale Keep future SKUs and changes on the same rules.
Client-approved proof of work

The proof becomes a real pack.

A detailed approval proof keeps the artwork, structure, colour, varnish and production information together before the finished carton reaches print.

Agencies

Your creative direction stays yours. We provide the production layer behind it.

  • You retain creative direction and the client relationship.
  • We handle artwork adaptation, proofing, handover and repeat rollout.
  • Work can be delivered under NDA or entirely under your name.

Commercial Printers

Cleaner incoming artwork, resolved before it reaches the pressroom.

  • Client-file correction and technical production adaptation.
  • Repeat-job, version and variant control.
  • Print files prepared to your supplied machine profile, imposition and mark requirements.

Product Brands and Manufacturers

One accountable route from packaging idea to printer-ready files.

  • Connected project support or help with one defined stage.
  • Clear proofs that make internal approval easier.
  • Approved rules, PPWR inputs and printer requirements carried into the correct version.

Choose the outcome. We connect the rest.

Shape or change the pack

Move from an early idea or approved change to content that can continue toward production.

Check, approve and release it

Reduce uncertainty before print and keep the final technical handover controlled.

*For a new B2B client and one standard-scope artwork, subject to file review and written confirmation. Graphical creation, major reconstruction, physical proof and urgent delivery are excluded.

Keep future work moving

Add repeat capacity without adding internal headcount or giving up control of the client relationship.

Combine two services and save 15%.

The services must be ordered together for the same artwork. The discount cannot be combined with separately agreed volume pricing or custom managed scopes.

Start with the problem you recognise.

The artwork or content is not usable yet.

Resolve unsuitable source files, supplied-content changes, barcode risk and regulatory copy drift.

What clients usually ask before sending a job.

1 What should we send you before you quote a job?

Send the current artwork, number of files or SKUs, requested changes, intended print process, available printer specification or dieline, and your deadline. If anything essential is missing, we will flag it before quoting.

2 Which deliverable and price apply to my artwork?

Choose the 19€ Content Revision for one client-supplied change, such as replacing a barcode or supplied element. Choose the 89€ Enhanced Print Proof for a complete technical prepress check and digital proof. Choose the 99€ Graphical Content Creation service when an element must be created or substantially rebuilt. Add the 44€ Physical Contract Proof when you need a colour-managed hard copy with EU-wide shipping included. Combine at least two services for the same artwork and receive 15% off their combined total. Similarity-based volume pricing is also available for the first three services after we review the files. Compare every step.

3 What is the difference between a 19€ revision and 99€ graphical creation?

The 19€ service places or replaces one client-supplied item, such as final text, a barcode or an approved graphic. The 99€ service is for creating an element from scratch or substantially rebuilding supplied artwork so it can be used in print production. See both services and practical examples.

4 What happens if the printer specification changes mid-project?

We compare the new requirement with the current artwork, explain what it changes and update the next production file. This keeps the latest artwork and the latest printer specification aligned.

5 What if we have dozens of SKUs every month?

We can agree monthly capacity, turnaround and file-handling rules in advance. Printers and agencies can keep every delivery under their own name.

6 Who remains responsible for approving and signing the PPWR Declaration of Conformity?

Final approval and signature remain with the responsible economic operator. We organise the packaging scope, responsibilities, supplier evidence, documentation inputs and approved artwork changes so the decision trail is clear.

7 Can Prepress Standard coordinate directly with our nominated printer?

Yes, under a defined Printer Liaison & Controlled Handover scope and with written authorisation. We can clarify technical requirements, coordinate agreed corrections and control the final version. Final content approval remains with the client or authorised economic operator, while press setup and production acceptance remain with the nominated printer.

8 Can you manage the whole packaging prepress process or only one stage?

Both. You can ask us to solve one defined problem, or keep concept feasibility, applicable PPWR inputs, artwork implementation, proofing, printer handover and recurring changes on one connected route. We confirm the smallest appropriate scope before work begins.

9 Where do you provide packaging prepress services?

We provide remote packaging artwork and prepress services worldwide. We specifically support clients in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), Italy and Romania. FOGRA physical contract proofs currently include EU-wide shipping.

Tell us what you need. We will map the right route.

Choose the closest route. If you are unsure, describe the situation in plain language and we will recommend the smallest useful scope.
