Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Your choice comes first. Necessary storage supports security and remembers your privacy selection. Google Analytics 4 remains off unless you allow Analytics. We do not currently use marketing cookies.

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how CELUM Data SRL, doing business as Prepress Standard ("Prepress Standard", "we", "us" or "our"), uses cookies and similar browser technologies on prepress-standard.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores through your browser. Cookies can remember a session, a preference or a pseudonymous browser identifier. We also use localStorage, which lets the browser retain a privacy preference on your device. In this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies where the context permits.

First-party cookies are set for the website you visit. Third-party services may also place or read cookies when they are allowed to run. Session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a stated period or until you delete them.

3. How consent works on this website

Optional technologies are disabled by default. Our consent controls send a denied signal for analytics and advertising storage before Google Tag Manager loads. Google Analytics is permitted to run only after you choose Analytics. Necessary storage does not require consent because it supports the service, security and your privacy choice.

You can accept optional categories, reject them or make a category-by-category choice. You can withdraw or change your decision at any time through in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.

4. Cookie categories

Category What it does Status
Necessary Remembers your privacy choice and supports contact-form security and rate limiting. Always active
Analytics Helps us understand how visitors use the site through Google Analytics 4. Off until you consent
Marketing Would support advertising or advertising measurement if introduced. No marketing tags are currently deployed

5. Technologies currently used

Name Provider Category Purpose Typical duration
prepress_standard_cookie_consent Prepress Standard Necessary A localStorage record that remembers whether you allowed Analytics and Marketing. It contains the policy version, category choices and date of the decision. Up to 12 months
PHPSESSID Prepress Standard / Hostinger Necessary A secure server-session identifier created when the contact form is submitted. It supports anti-abuse rate limiting and does not contain the message itself. Browser session
_ga Google Analytics Analytics Uses a random, pseudonymous identifier to distinguish browsers for site statistics. Up to 2 years; browser limits may shorten this
_ga_EWZD7SM1D3 Google Analytics Analytics Persists session state for our GA4 measurement property. Up to 2 years; browser limits may shorten this

Cookie names and lifetimes can change when a provider updates its service or a browser applies a shorter storage limit. We will update this policy if we introduce a materially different use.

6. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PKX2FVWK) manages the website's measurement tag and applies your consent choice. In our present setup, Tag Manager does not create a separate visitor profile or set a standalone analytics cookie. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EWZD7SM1D3) is the analytics service that may set the _ga cookies listed above, and it runs only after Analytics consent.

When allowed, GA4 may receive information such as the page URL and title, approximate region, referral or campaign source, browser and device characteristics, session activity and interactions configured as events. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, company name, contact-form message or other form contents to Google Analytics.

The reports we use are primarily aggregated and anonymised at reporting level. The cookie identifiers used underneath are random and pseudonymous rather than names; under data-protection law, pseudonymous identifiers may still be personal data. Google states that IP addresses from visitors in the EU are used only to derive coarse location information and are then discarded before the data is logged or stored.

Google Analytics event and user-level data are retained for the period configured in our GA4 property, for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated reporting data may remain available for longer. Google Ireland Limited acts as our analytics service provider. You can read Google's Privacy Policy and Google's information on safeguarding Analytics data.

7. Marketing technologies

The consent panel includes a Marketing category so future advertising or campaign-measurement tools cannot be activated without a separate choice. No marketing or advertising tags are currently deployed on this website. Agreeing to that category does not currently cause a marketing cookie to be set. We will update this policy and the relevant consent configuration before introducing such a tool.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you see, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the website from remembering your choice and may affect the contact form's security controls. Browser settings are separate from this website's consent panel, so clearing site data may cause the panel to appear again.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal duties change. We will post the revised version here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects a previous consent choice, we may ask you to choose again.

10. Contact
